Agreement and eligibility
By ordering or using a NexaEsim plan, you accept these terms and confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate contact, device and travel information.
Orders, pricing and payment
Plans are described and priced in US dollars. OnePay collects payment in Vietnamese dong using the exchange rate shown at checkout. Your bank or wallet provider may charge separate conversion or service fees. An order is accepted only after payment is verified.
Delivery, installation and validity
We deliver QR codes and installation details electronically to the private order page and the email address supplied at checkout. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Plan validity, activation timing, data allowance, coverage and fair-use rules are shown with the selected plan. Do not delete an installed eSIM before contacting support.
Acceptable use
You must not resell, share or misuse activation credentials, interfere with a network, commit fraud, send unlawful traffic or use the service in breach of local law. We or the network supplier may suspend service when necessary to protect customers, systems or networks.
Service availability
Coverage maps and speed descriptions are estimates. Actual service depends on location, device, buildings, congestion, partner networks and local restrictions. We may replace a technically equivalent supplier package when needed to fulfil an order.
Refunds and responsibility
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, NexaEsim is not responsible for indirect loss, missed opportunities or costs caused by device incompatibility, network conditions or information supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to support@nexaesim.com.
