Amanda Legend Cruise: 2-Day 1-Night Halong & Bai Tu Long Bay Journey

Your journey begins in the morning with a transfer from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel (if pre-booked) to Halong Bay. Between 11:30 and 12:00, you will arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, specifically Pier 12, where a warm welcome awaits in the lounge. After completing check-in, you will board the Amanda Legend Cruise. The crew will greet you with a refreshing drink and a cold towel before you settle into your cabin. The vessel then sets sail, commencing its scenic voyage through the magnificent Halong Bay, showcasing its myriad limestone islands.

A delicious lunch will be served in the onboard restaurant as you cruise. In the afternoon, the adventure continues with an exploration of Sung Sot Cave, known as one of Halong Bay's largest and most beautiful grottoes. The path to the cave entrance ascends through lush foliage via steep stone steps, offering a feeling of mountain trekking. Inside, you'll marvel at unique rock formations not found elsewhere. Following the cave visit, you'll head to Titop Island, where you can either hike to its peak for breathtaking panoramic views of Halong Bay or enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear blue waters.

Returning to the cruise, take time to unwind with drinks as the sun begins to set, painting the sky with vibrant colors. Later, join a hands-on cooking class with the chef, learning to prepare traditional Vietnamese floating rice cakes, which you can then savor. The evening concludes with a romantic dinner, served either outdoors on the sundeck (weather permitting) or in the cozy restaurant. After dinner, enjoy various evening activities such as an optional massage (extra charge), a complimentary herbal foot bath in your room, drinks at the Sky Bar, or trying your hand at squid fishing.

Awaken to the serene beauty of the bay and begin your day with an invigorating Tai Chi class on the ship's deck as the sun rises. Following your exercise, a light breakfast will be served in the restaurant while the vessel gracefully navigates towards the central area of Halong Bay. Today's highlight is the exploration of the enchanting Luon Cave region. Here, you'll have the opportunity to participate in either kayaking or a traditional bamboo raft ride, allowing you to paddle amidst ancient rock formations and discover the cave's tranquil lagoon.

After your exploration of Luon Cave, you will return to the Amanda Legend Cruise. Enjoy some leisure time to relax before preparing your belongings for check-out, which is scheduled for 9:30 AM. An early lunch will be served in the restaurant as the ship begins its return journey to the mainland. Between 11:00 and 11:30 AM, the cruise will arrive back at Tuan Chau International Port, marking the end of your onboard experience. You will disembark the vessel.

If you have arranged shuttle bus service (booked separately for an additional fee), your driver will be waiting for you in the lounge. The transfer back to Hanoi Old Quarter takes approximately 2.5 hours, with an estimated arrival time around 2:30 PM, concluding your memorable Halong Bay adventure.
