Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions (as announced by Halong Bay Management Board):
- If cancelled before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancelled during the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services used, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Children aged 1-4 years: Complimentary when sharing existing beds with parents or using a baby cot (limited to one child per room). A surcharge of VND 1,500,000 per child per night applies from the second child if sharing a bed, or VND 2,500,000 per night if an extra bed is required.
Children aged 5-7 years: Surcharge of VND 2,500,000 per night if sharing existing beds with adults, or VND 3,500,000 per night if an extra bed is requested.
Children aged 8-10 years: Surcharge of VND 3,500,000 per night if sharing existing beds with adults, or 100% of the adult rate if an extra bed is required.
Children aged 11 years and above: Charged at 100% of the adult rate.

Guests can arrange transfer services between Hanoi and Sunworld International Harbor. This shuttle bus service incurs an additional fee. On the final day, after disembarking at Halong International Cruise Port, guests who booked transfers will be returned to their Hanoi hotel, arriving approximately at 14:30.
