Your journey begins in the morning with a convenient shuttle bus pickup from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, scheduled between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. After a scenic 3-hour transfer, you'll arrive at the Halong International Cruise Port, checking in at the Indochina Junk Lounge by 11:30 AM. Around 12:00 PM, you will board the Dragon Legend Cruise, where a welcome drink awaits as the cruise manager provides essential safety information and instructions. Following cabin check-in, a delectable lunch will be served in the open-air dining area as the ship sets sail into the tranquil waters of Bai Tu Long Bay.

The afternoon is dedicated to discovering the bay's natural splendor. The cruise will navigate through a landscape of majestic limestone karsts, guiding you to the secluded Thien Canh Son Cave. Here, you'll marvel at ancient stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millennia. From 34 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates charged
From 19 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates charged

Cancellation due to bad weather (announced by Halong Bay Management Board):
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for the 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

Rates for children apply when sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults:
Children under 4 years old: Free of charge (FOC) when sharing all services with parents.
Children aged 4-12 years old sharing a room with parents: 75% of the adult rate.
A child under 12 years old staying in a separate cabin: 75% of the adult rate plus a single supplement.
For charter cruises: Children from 4 years old are charged at the adult rate.

Departing from Hanoi: A comfortable shuttle bus or private car will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. The journey to Halong City's waiting station (No. 1, Indochina Junk Joint Stock Company, Bai Chay Ward, Halong) takes approximately 3 hours. Please note that transfer service incurs an additional fee and must be booked separately.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port: Guests arranging their own transport should arrive at the waiting station by 11:30 AM for check-in procedures. At approximately 12:00 PM, all guests will be transferred via tender to the Dragon Legend Cruise for seamless embarkation.
