The afternoon's exploration commences with a visit to Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong Bay, which requires climbing over 100 steps to explore its impressive, colorfully illuminated rock formations. Before departing from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services utilized): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., from 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the utilized portion (e.g., a 2-day/1-night trip) plus any other services consumed, with the balance refunded.

Travelers arranging their own transport should arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina between 11:30 and 11:45 AM.
