Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:40 AM, you will complete check-in procedures before a brief speedboat transfer to the Heritage Line Ginger. Once aboard, settle into your luxurious cabin and prepare for an unforgettable voyage through Lan Ha Bay and towards Cat Ba Island.

Lunch is served in the ship's elegant, light-filled dining room, offering the first culinary highlight of your trip. In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, as announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following rules apply:

Before departing from Hanoi to Halong Bay (if no services have been utilized): A full 100% refund.
During the trip (if some services, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong, have been utilized): Charges will apply for used services, with the remaining balance refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus other used services, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Children's rates apply when one child shares a twin or double cabin with two adults, utilizing existing bedding. Children aged 05 to 11 years old are charged 75% of the adult rate when staying with parents. Children under 05 years old are complimentary (FOC) and share all services with their parents.

Each cabin allows only one child under 4 years old to stay free of charge when sharing a room with two adults. If a parent's room has two children under 5 years old sharing the same bed, the second child will incur a charge of 75% of the adult price.

For guests traveling from Hanoi, convenient transfer options are available for an additional fee, ranging from 9 to 16-seat limousines to private cars. The limousine service typically picks up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

If you have independently arranged your transport to Tuan Chau Port, please ensure arrival at Kiosk 6, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau International Marina by 11:30 AM for check-in. Following check-in, guests will transfer to the Heritage Line Ginger via a short speedboat ride.
