From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.

Cancellation due to adverse weather: Should the Halong Bay Management Board announce a cancellation, the following refund policies apply:

Before departure from Hanoi (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services utilized, with the remaining balance refunded.

Children 11 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Transfers from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina are available for an additional fee and should be booked in advance. The journey typically begins with a pick-up from Hanoi between 08:00 and 08:30. Guests are then driven to Tuan Chau Marina for check-in before being transferred to the cruise ship by speedboat.
