Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date: No charge.
Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
Cancellations made 3 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, as announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following policies will be applied based on the timing of the cancellation:

If cancelled before departing from Hanoi to Halong Bay (before any services have been utilized): A 100% refund will be issued.
If cancelled during the trip (after some services, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong, have been utilized): Charges will apply for the services already rendered, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., from 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the utilized trip duration (e.g., a 2-day/1-night trip), plus other services consumed, with the remainder refunded.

The final refund amount will be confirmed by your consultant via email. Guests are encouraged to contact the cruise operator directly for any urgent assistance.
