Boarding commences at 10:45, marked by a warm welcome drink and a concise briefing from your tour guide regarding the day's itinerary and safety procedures. The vessel then sets sail into Lan Ha Bay, gracefully passing the ancient Cai Beo Fishing Village, which has existed for over 7,000 years. This unique community, with its floating homes nestled against the mountainside, offers a serene backdrop as you delve deeper into the bay's emerald waters, surrounded by countless limestone islets.

A delicious lunch featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine is served on board as you continue to admire the bay's beauty. For groups of 40 or more, a buffet is offered; smaller groups enjoy a set menu. Pickup is scheduled between 07:00 and 07:30 from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter or the Cat Ba Express office (No.106 Tran Nhat Duat St., Hang Buom Dist., Hanoi).
Embarkation procedures commence at 10:45, with a welcome drink and greeting from the cruise staff.

Guests should arrive punctually at the Halong Serenity Cruises office (No.191, Road 1/4, Cat Ba Town) or be ready at their Cat Ba Town hotel between 08:15 and 08:45.
A Cat Ba Express bus will transport you to Beo Pier for embarkation.
