  • To secure a booking, guests must provide passport information at least one week before the cruise date.

If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation due to bad weather, the following policies apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): A 100% refund will be issued.
  • During the trip (some services, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong, have been utilized): The cost of used services will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If a two-night trip is shortened to one night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

The final refund amount will be confirmed via email by your consultant. For any urgent assistance, please contact us directly.

  • One child under 4 years old sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults is free of charge, sharing all services with parents.
  • A child aged 4 to 12 years old sharing a room with parents will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
  • A child under 12 years old occupying a separate cabin will be charged 75% of the adult rate plus a single supplement.
  • For charter cruises, children aged 4 years and older are charged the same rate as adults.

Departing from Hanoi: A shuttle bus service is available for collection from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. This transfer will take guests to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City. This service is an additional fee and can be booked in a subsequent step.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port (Self-arranged): Guests arranging their own transport should arrive at the designated waiting station at No 1 Halong Road, Bai Chay Ward, Halong, Quang Ninh, Vietnam, around 11:30. All passengers will then be transferred to the Dragon Pearl Junk via tender boat approximately at 12:00 for embarkation.
