Should a customer cancel their booking, the following charges will be applied:
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the check-in date will incur no charge.
- Cancellations made between 11 and 20 days prior to check-in will result in a 30% charge of the total booking rate.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 10 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking rate.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged 100% of the total booking rate.
If a cancellation is mandated by the Halong Bay Management Board due to adverse weather conditions, the policy is as follows:
- If cancellation occurs before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (meaning no services have been utilized), a 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (meaning some services, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or Halong hotel, have already been used), the cost of utilized services will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night due to weather, guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services already rendered, with the remainder being refunded.

- Children under 4 years old: Travel free of charge when sharing all amenities and services with their parents. This complimentary offer applies to one child per booking; a second child will incur a charge of 30% of the adult rate.
- Children aged 5 to 10 years old: Charged 80% of the adult rate and are expected to share a bed with their parents.
- Children 11 years old and above: Considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.
Guests have options for reaching the cruise, either via a transfer service from Hanoi or by meeting directly at Tuan Chau Port:
- From Hanoi Old Quarter: A luxury limousine pickup service is available from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter, typically scheduled between 8:00 and 8:30. This transfer service incurs an additional fee.
- From Tuan Chau Port: After a journey of approximately 2.5 hours from Hanoi, passengers will board a speedboat at Tuan Chau Port between 12:00 and 12:15 to transfer to the Alisa Cruise. For the return journey, the limousine transfer back to Hanoi from Tuan Chau Harbor is usually scheduled between 14:30 and 15:00, assuming the transfer service was utilized.
