- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.

Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:
- If the Halong Bay Management Board cancels the trip before departure from Hanoi (no services used), a 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong), charges will apply for used services, and the remainder will be refunded.
- Should a 2-night trip be shortened to 1 night, guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the rest refunded.

- Children under 6 years old travel free of charge when sharing a cabin with two adults, limited to one child per cabin. An additional child under 6 years old incurs a US$20 surcharge. The availability of a cot is not guaranteed.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years old sharing a cabin with two adults on a mattress are limited to one child per cabin.
- Two children under 12 years old sharing a private cabin are charged 75% of the full cabin rate.

The Legend Private Cruise offers transfer services from Hanoi, including shuttle bus and private car options, both subject to an additional charge. The journey from central Hanoi to the Tuan Chau International Marina in Halong City covers approximately 150 kilometers and takes around 2 hours.
- From Hanoi: Our driver will collect guests from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
- From the Cruise Port: Guests arranging their own transportation to Halong Bay must arrive at Tuan Chau Ward by 11:30 AM to board the cruise.
