The Paradise Grand features a comprehensive array of facilities across its four decks. The Lower Deck houses the reception and Le Terapia Spa with four treatment rooms. The Main Deck and Upper Deck (Salon Deck) feature elegant cabins, a restaurant, and the Le Grand Piano Lounge. The expansive Sundeck, measuring 450m², offers sun loungers, a sky bar, and a panoramic jacuzzi pool suitable for 5-6 adults, ideal for events and scenic views. Other amenities include a mini-bar, safe box, and en-suite bathrooms in all cabins.

Dining aboard the Paradise Grand Cruise is a highlight, featuring Michelin-inspired Eurasian fusion cuisine. Buffet meals offer a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes and fresh seafood. Dinners are a premium 5-course Western-style affair. Special dietary requests, such as vegetarian or Indian meals, can be accommodated with advance notice. Meal times are typically 6:30/7:00 for light breakfast, 8:30 for full breakfast, 12:00/13:00 for lunch, and 19:00 for dinner. The 2-day-1-night program includes one lunch, one dinner, one light breakfast, and one full breakfast. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided daily in cabins. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available for purchase at La Espacia Restaurant and Cielo Sky Bar, including house wines, premium wines, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, beers, juices, and coffee.

Paradise Grand Cruise offers a curated selection of activities designed to immerse guests in the natural beauty and culture of Lan Ha Bay. Highlights for the 2-day-1-night journey include visits to Tien Ong Cave and kayaking or bamboo boat rides at Cua Van Floating Village. Evening entertainment features live music performances in the Piano Lounge (except Mondays), movie nights, and squid fishing. Guests can also participate in a Vietnamese cooking class and enjoy a daily Tai Chi session on the sundeck. A tea break and Happy Hour (buy one get one free) are offered at Cielo Sky Bar or Piano Lounge. The Le Terapia Spa provides a range of professional treatments from 7:00 to 23:00 daily.

Guests arriving directly at Tuan Chau Port should be at Paradise Grand Lounge (Slot 2, Tuan Chau International Marina) for check-in between 11:00 - 11:45. A 15-minute transfer to the main cruise ship is provided by the spacious 180-seat Paradise Express speedboat.
