- To secure a booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
- This policy specifically applies to new bookings made from May 15, 2023, onwards.
- For cancellations received more than 120 days prior to the scheduled departure, a non-refundable charge of US $450 per passenger will be applied.
- If a written cancellation is received between 91 and 120 days before departure, the cancellation charge will amount to 50% of the total price.
- For cancellations made within 90 days prior to departure, or in the event of a passenger's absence during the voyage, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
- The cruise operator reserves the right to cancel reservations if the entire vessel is chartered by other parties, even if full payment or a deposit has been made. In such circumstances, all payments will be refunded, provided that notification is given at least 90 days before departure.
- Children under 6 years old, sharing the same bed with a parent, will receive an 80% reduction from the adult price.
- Children aged from 6 years old up to 12 years old will receive a 30% reduction from the adult price.

Guests are provided with transfers to and from the designated meeting points in Siem Reap (Cambodia) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) to the embarkation and disembarkation locations. For the 8-day Saigon to Siem Reap itinerary, on Day 1, a motor coach and guide will pick up guests from their Ho Chi Minh City hotel between 10:00 and 11:00, transporting them to Saigon Port. On the final day, Day 8, a comfortable motor coach transfer will convey guests from Kampong Cham to their respective hotels in Siem Reap, with arrival anticipated by noon.
