If cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions as announced by the Halong Bay Management Board:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remainder refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is reduced to 1 night: Guests will be charged for the 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the balance refunded.

- Children aged 0-4 years old: Free of charge when sharing a bed with parents. This applies to one child; a second child will be charged 75% of the adult rate.

- Children aged 11 years and older: Considered adults and charged the full adult rate.
Guests can arrange transfer services from Hanoi, departing from either the Hanoi Old Quarter or the Opera House. Modern Fuso Limousine/Dcar Limousine vehicles are used for this service, available for an additional fee. Pickup from Hanoi typically occurs around 08:00. Guests arriving directly at Tuan Chau International Port should plan to arrive between 11:30 and 12:00. Private car bookings are also an option upon request.
