- If cancelled before departing Hanoi for Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancelled during the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the rest refunded.

- Children aged 0-4 years are complimentary when sharing a bed with parents. This applies to one child; a second child will be charged 75% of the adult fare.

For transfers from Hanoi, a pick-up service is available from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 08:00 and 08:30, taking you directly to the cruise port.
