Meal service times are generally scheduled for early morning breakfast (6:45 - 7:15), a mid-morning brunch (10:00 - 10:30), afternoon lunch (13:00), and evening dinner (19:00 - 19:30). The 2-day, 1-night program includes one buffet lunch, one set-menu dinner, one light buffet breakfast, and one buffet brunch. For the 3-day, 2-night journey, guests receive one buffet lunch, one set-menu lunch on the day boat, two set-menu dinners, two light buffet breakfasts, and one buffet brunch. For smaller groups of fewer than 15 guests, buffet meals may be substituted with a set menu.

The beverage selection features an extensive array of alcoholic options, including nearly 60 varieties of wine (mostly sold by the bottle from US $40 - US $390, with four Chilean wines available by the glass from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay), over 50 types of cocktails and mixed drinks (US $10.5 - $27), and spirits sold by the shot (around US $13, with Hennessy X.O cognac at US $26). Non-alcoholic choices are also available, including fresh juices, smoothies, sparkling water, and approximately 20 different types of coffee and tea, priced affordably between US $2 and US $7.
