For the 2-day, 1-night program, guests receive one buffet lunch, one set menu dinner, one light breakfast, and one buffet brunch. The 3-day, 2-night program includes one buffet lunch, one set menu lunch, two set menu dinners, one buffet breakfast, one light breakfast, and one buffet brunch. A special note for the 3-day, 2-night option is that breakfast on day 2 is served from 7:00 to 7:45.

- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

Departing from Hanoi: A shuttle bus will pick up guests from their hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. Guests will then be comfortably transported to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City via a 9-16-seat limousine, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours.
Departing from Tuan Chau Port: Guests arranging their own transportation must arrive at the designated waiting station (No. 22, Block 2, Tuan Chau International Port) for Indochina Sails around 11:30. By approximately 12:00, all guests will be transferred to the Indochine Cruise via tender for boarding. It is essential to check in at the Indochina Sails cruise lounge on time.
