Contact us as soon as possible. We will request the change from each supplier, but availability, fare differences and amendment fees may apply. Airline tickets and certain cruise or hotel rates may be non-changeable or require cancellation and rebooking.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The refund depends on the notice period and non-recoverable supplier costs. Air tickets, permits, holiday deposits and non-refundable rates can follow stricter conditions. Review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms stated in your confirmation.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after the refundable amount is confirmed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, less any disclosed non-recoverable costs or banking fees.

Safety comes first. We may reroute, postpone or replace affected services when weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or other events outside our control make the original plan unsafe or impossible. We seek supplier refunds or credits, but unavoidable third-party costs may remain non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
