If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation, the following policies will apply based on the timing:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (if no services have been utilized): A full 100% refund will be issued.
During the trip (if some services like transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong have been used): Charges will apply for the services already rendered, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

Children aged 0 to 4 years old, sharing all services and amenities with adults, are complimentary (limited to one child per cabin). For a second child in this age group, a surcharge of 50% of the adult price applies if sharing beds, or 75% of the adult price if a separate bed is required.
For children aged 5 to 10 years old, one child sharing a room with two adults incurs a surcharge of 75% of the adult price. Extra beds may be available upon request and should be confirmed prior to booking.
Children aged 0 to 10 years old occupying a separate room will be charged the full adult rate.
Guests aged 11 years and older are subject to adult pricing.

Guests can arrange limousine bus or private car service from their hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter for an additional fee. The pick-up time in the morning is typically between 08:00 and 08:30. Upon disembarkation at Tuan Chau Harbor, return transportation to Hanoi is arranged, with an estimated arrival back in Hanoi around 14:30.
