The journey commences with a transfer from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Marina. After boarding La Casta Cruise, a welcome drink and safety briefing, you'll settle into your cabin. Lunch is served as the cruise sails into the tranquil waters of Lan Ha Bay. The afternoon features a visit to the beautiful Ba Trai Dao Area for kayaking, swimming, and relaxation. Alternatively, if weather conditions are unfavorable, you'll explore the serene Dark and Bright Cave by kayak or bamboo boat. Cancellation due to bad weather: If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies apply:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): Used services will be charged, the remainder will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night, guests will be charged for a 2 days/1 night trip plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

All rates apply for children sharing a bed with parents.
Free for 1 child under 4 years old, sharing all services with parents.
Children from 4 - 10 years old: 75% of the adult rate.
Children from 11 years old are counted as adults.
In cases where two children under 4 years old share a bed with parents, the second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

A shared minivan (US $20 per person one-way) accommodates 9 to 16 passengers, with pick-up in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. A private car (starting at US $40 per person) offers a more personalized experience for couples or families. Both options can be booked during your cruise reservation. Guests should arrive at Halong International Port by 11:30 for check-in. The 2.5 to 3-hour journey from Hanoi concludes with a tender ride at 12:00 to the main boat.
