A maximum of one child aged between 5 and 11.99 years old is permitted per cabin. If sharing a bed with parents, the child's rate is 30% of the double occupancy fare (when staying with two adults) or 75% of the double occupancy fare (when staying with one adult). Guests aged 12 years and older are charged the adult rate. For infants under 5 years old, special permission must be obtained from Lotus Cruises prior to booking.

Transfers between Siem Reap and Koh Chen (or vice versa) are included as a coach service. All other transportation mentioned in the shore excursion programs, such as sampans and tuk-tuks, are also covered. Guests are responsible for their own air travel to and from the region.

This itinerary describes the "Low Water" season route, typically from November to mid-August. During the "High Water" season (mid-August to October), the itinerary varies primarily on Day 3 and Day 4. In the high water season, the ship sails across Tonlé Sap Lake on Day 3 afternoon after Kampong Chhnang, and disembarkation on Day 4 occurs directly in Siem Reap around 11:00 after cruising the lake. The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to river conditions, weather, local regulations, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any adjustments will be made to ensure a comparable travel experience and the best possible journey for guests.
