Oriental Sails: 3-Day 2-Night Halong & Lan Ha Bay Journey

The day begins with a transfer from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel between 08:00 and 08:30 (shuttle bus available at an extra cost) for a 2.5-hour journey to Halong International Cruise Port, arriving around 12:00. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed at the Oriental Sails JSC’s private OS Lounge before boarding the Oriental Sails vessel. A comprehensive cruise briefing will outline the exciting journey ahead.

As the ship departs, a delicious lunch is served while sailing towards the magnificent Titop Island. Here, guests can enjoy the sandy beach and clear waters before embarking on a guided exploration of Sung Sot Cave, famously known as the "Amazing Cave" for its impressive formations. Returning to the Oriental Sails, the late afternoon offers a chance to relax at the bar during Happy Hour, enjoying discounted beverages as the sun begins to set. Afterward, transfer to a smaller dayboat to explore the captivating Lan Ha Bay.

The dayboat will take you to the remarkable Dark and Bright Caves, where you can embark on an adventure kayaking or riding a bamboo boat through the grottoes. A delightful lunch will be served onboard the dayboat amidst the natural splendor of the Bay. The afternoon is dedicated to relaxation at Ba Trai Dao Beach, where guests can swim in the refreshing waters and unwind on the soft white sands. After the visit, return to the main ship, which will then sail to an overnight mooring point. Begin your final day with a refreshing Tai Chi class on the sundeck, energizing yourself for the morning. A delicious breakfast is served with tea or coffee, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful morning seascapes as the cruise navigates through the dramatic karst formations. The morning's main activity involves a guided excursion to Luon Grotto, where you can choose to paddle a kayak independently or experience a traditional sampan boat rowed by a local expert.

After the grotto visit, return to the Oriental Sails for a soothing shower and prepare for check-out at 09:30. Before disembarking, take some final moments to capture memories near Bai Chay Bridge as the Oriental Sails prepares to conclude its journey. A brunch is served onboard as the ship heads back to the port. Following disembarkation, a shuttle bus transfer (available for an additional fee) will transport you back to Hanoi City, with an estimated arrival time of 15:00, marking the end of your cruise adventure.
