Cancellation due to bad weather: If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights to 1 night), guests will be charged for the shorter trip duration plus any other used services, with the rest will be refunded.
