- More than 30 days before check-in: No charge for cancellation.
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remainder refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services used, with the rest refunded.
The final refund amount will be confirmed via email by your consultant. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing a room with two adults without an extra bed (limited to one child per room). A second child under 5 will be charged 50% of the adult rate (without an extra bed).
- Children from 5 to 10 years old: One child staying in a double/twin room with two adults will be charged 75% of the adult rate (without an extra bed).
- Children aged 11 years and above: Will be charged the full adult rate.
Guests who arrange transfer services (at an additional cost) will be picked up from their Hanoi hotel between 08:00 and 08:30 for the journey to Halong Bay via modern highway. Upon returning to Halong International Cruise Port on the final day, guests with booked transfers can relax in the cruise lounge before their afternoon return journey to Hanoi.
