- Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 21 days before check-in: Free of charge
- From 12 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates incurred
- From 8 to 12 days before check-in: 50% of total rates incurred
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no show: 100% of total rates incurred
- Cancellation due to Bad Weather:
- If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2 days/1 night trip plus any other used services, and the balance will be refunded.
- The final cost adjustments will be confirmed via email by your consultant. Guests are advised to contact us directly for assistance in all cancellation scenarios.
- A maximum of one child under 12 years old can share a cabin with two adults, utilizing existing bedding. An extra mattress or extra bed may be arranged upon request.
- When two children under 6 years old share a cabin with two adults, the first child is accommodated free of charge. The second child will incur a surcharge of VND 4,000,000 per night. An extra mattress or extra bed can be provided upon request.
- Two children under 12 years old occupying their own cabin will be charged 75% of the total adult cabin rate.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged 100% of the full adult cabin rate.
