The Capella Cruise boasts a comprehensive array of facilities across its six decks. Guests can enjoy the Cigar & Poker Club, Sea Memory Spa, Fitness Room, and Sea Melody Theater on the Club Deck. The first deck features the Reception, the Oasis Pool Bar & Jacuzzi with a 180-degree ocean view. Dining is a highlight at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant on the second deck. The Spirit of the Sea Lounge offers both indoor and outdoor spaces on the fourth deck, while the Ocean Sky Sundeck on the fifth deck provides panoramic views and a Mini-golf Playground. A unique inflatable waterslide adds to the entertainment options.

Dining on Capella Cruise is a culinary highlight, offering a blend of Vietnamese and international cuisines, including European and Asian dishes, with vegetarian options available. Meals are served at scheduled times: breakfast around 7:00, brunch at 10:00, lunch between 12:00-13:00, and dinner at 19:15. The 2-day itinerary includes buffet lunch, set menu dinner, light breakfast, and buffet brunch. Longer cruises (3-day and 4-day) add full breakfast, lunch, and dinner on their additional days. Complimentary mineral water is provided daily in each room. An extensive drink menu, featuring house wines, premium wines, champagne, spirits, fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, coffee, and tea, is available for purchase at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant on the 2nd deck and the Spirit of the Sea Lounge on the 4th deck.

Sightseeing: Guests can enjoy kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the serene Ao Ech Area, cycle or explore Viet Hai Village by electric cart (for longer itineraries), swim and relax at the picturesque Ba Trai Dao Beach, and discover the mysterious Dark & Bright Cave by traditional bamboo boat. Speedboat rides provide an exhilarating way to experience the calm waters of Lan Ha Bay.
Onboard Activities: Culinary enthusiasts can join a Vietnamese cooking class to learn spring roll preparation. Mornings begin with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. The cruise features a thrilling inflatable waterslide, a unique attraction in Halong Bay. Children under 5 years old: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin). From 2nd child: charged 30% adult (without extra bed). From 5 to 11 years old: 01 child stays in double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed); 01 child stays in double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 90% adult; Two children staying in a separated double/twin cabin are charged 90% adult/each. From 11 years old: charged as adults.

Departing from Hanoi: Shuttle bus picks up from Hanoi Old Quarter (8:00-8:30) to Tuan Chau Port by 9-16-seat luxury limousine. Departing from Tuan Chau Port: Arrive at No. 27, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau International Port by 11:45. Guests transferred to Capella Cruise via tender around 12:10.
