- More than 21 days before check-in: No charge (100% refund).
- 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
- 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions:
- If cancellation occurs before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used), a full 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong), charges for used services will apply, and the remainder will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night, guests will be charged for the 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the balance refunded.

- Infants (0 - 4 years old): Free of charge when sharing all services with parents. A maximum of one infant per cabin is permitted. A second infant will be charged at the child rate.
- Children (5 - 11 years old): Charged at 75% of the adult rate, with a maximum of one child per cabin.
- Guests 11 years old and above: Charged at 100% of the adult rate.
For guests who reserve transfer services, pickups from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter are scheduled between 8:00 and 8:30. The journey to Halong Bay will be in a comfortable 9- or 16-seat limousine or a private car, depending on the chosen transfer package (additional fees apply).
Travelers arranging their own transport must arrive at No. 35 Tuan Chau Port before 11:30 for the check-in procedure. Boarding the Doris Cruise will commence around noon via a tender boat after all guests have checked in.
