Cancellation due to bad weather: If cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, the following policies apply:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): Used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night, tourists will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip, plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

  • Transport from Hanoi: The cruise provides door-to-door pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter around 8:00 - 8:30 AM, departing for Tuan Chau International Marina. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours via the highway.
  • Transport from Tuan Chau Port: For guests arranging their own transfer to Halong Bay, please arrive at the Heritage waiting lounge - Lot 28B Tuan Chau Marina before 11:00 AM to ensure timely embarkation.
