- If cancelled before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancelled during the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remainder refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the balance refunded.
The final refund amount will be confirmed via email by your consultant. For urgent assistance, guests are advised to contact the service provider directly.
- Children under 5 years old sharing their parents' room and existing bedding are free of charge.
- A maximum of one child aged 5 to under 11 years old is permitted per cabin when sharing with two adults in existing bedding, with a child reduction policy applied.
- For two children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with parents, the second child will incur a charge equivalent to 75% of one adult's price.
- An extra bed for a child under 12 years old is available for an additional US$20.00.
Guests traveling from Hanoi have two options: either arrange a pick-up service via limousine van from their Hanoi hotel lobby (available for an additional fee, booked in the next step) or arrange their own transport to the harbor. For those arriving independently at Tuan Chau Pier, check-in is between 12:15 and 12:30. It is recommended to arrive by 11:45 for the boarding process.
