- More than 21 days before check-in: Free of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates will be charged
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates will be charged
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates will be charged
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the remainder will be refunded.
The final refund amount will be confirmed by your travel consultant via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (sharing all services and bedding with parents).
- Two children under 5 years old: 85% of the adult rate (sharing bed).
- Children aged 5 to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult rate (sharing bed).
- Two children under 12 staying in a separate room: Will be charged the double room rate.
- One child under 12 staying in a separate room: Will be charged 100% of the adult rate.
- Children 12 years and older: Charged at the adult rate.
For guests staying in Hanoi's Old Quarter, a D-car limousine transfer to Tuan Chau Marina is available for an additional fee. Pickup is scheduled between 08:00 and 08:30. Upon disembarkation, the limousine service will transport guests from the Tuan Chau Marina lounge back to Hanoi, with an estimated arrival time between 14:30 and 15:00.
