Guests will complete check-in procedures at the waiting lounge before transferring to the main cruise vessel via tender. A comprehensive safety briefing and itinerary overview will be provided as you savor a refreshing welcome drink.

A delicious lunch is served in the ship's inviting restaurant as the cruise departs, gracefully navigating towards the secluded Bai Tu Long Bay. Spend the early afternoon absorbing the magnificent scenery and iconic limestone formations that define this less-explored part of the Halong Bay Complex. The vessel will then anchor in the tranquil Cong Do area, a perfect setting for afternoon activities.

A light breakfast is available in the restaurant to energize you for the morning's activities. The main highlight is a visit to Thien Canh Son Cave, an impressive natural wonder featuring three distinct caverns adorned with captivating stalactites and stalagmites. Reaching the cave entrance involves ascending approximately 200 steps, offering a mild challenge with a rewarding view.

After exploring the cave's interior, guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the adjacent white sand beach, taking in the picturesque surroundings. Following the cave visit, return to the Signature Cruise to prepare for departure. Check-out is scheduled for 9:00 AM; luggage can be left outside your cabin door for collection by the crew. A final brunch buffet is served in the restaurant as the boat makes its way back towards the port.

At approximately 10:45 AM, a tender boat will transfer guests back to Halong International Harbor for disembarkation. Bid farewell to the cruise team before meeting your pre-arranged transportation back to Hanoi (if booked). Cancellation by Customer:

More than 21 days before check-in: No charge applied.
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
Less than 7 days before check-in or a no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.

Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:

Should the Halong Bay Management Board announce a cancellation, the following policies will apply based on the timing:

Before departing from Hanoi to Halong Bay (if no services have been utilized): A 100% refund will be issued.
During the trip (if some services such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or Halong hotel have been used): Used services will be billed, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

To confirm your reservation, please provide your passport details at least one week prior to your cruise departure date.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge, sharing all services and facilities with parents (limited to one child per cabin). A second child will be charged 50% of the adult rate (without an extra bed).
Children aged 5 to under 11 years old: One child staying in a double/twin cabin with two adults will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
Children 11 years and older: Will be charged as adults.
Two children under 11 years occupying a private cabin will be charged 100% of the full cabin rate.
A third person utilizing an extra bed will be charged 100% of the adult rate.

Transfer services can be arranged through BestPrice Travel or Signature Cruise for an additional fee. Options include limousine D-cars, buses, and private cars, all equipped with amenities like leather seats, air conditioning, and charging ports for a comfortable journey.

Travel from Hanoi: For guests who have booked transfer service, pickup will be between 8:00 and 8:30 AM from Hanoi Old Quarter, followed by a 2.5 to 3-hour drive to Halong Bay.

Self-arranged Travel: If you are traveling independently from Hanoi, please ensure you arrive at the Signature waiting lounge at Halong International Harbor before 11:00 AM. From there, you will proceed with check-in and be transferred to the main cruise vessel via a tender boat.
