Your journey begins in the morning with a pickup from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel, or the Hanoi Opera House if you are located elsewhere (transfer cost is separate). You will travel by highway to Tuan Chau Wharf, where a support vessel awaits to transfer you to the Venus Cruise. Upon boarding, the Cruise Manager will conduct a safety briefing and provide an overview of the upcoming tour. After receiving your cabin key, you'll have time to settle in and explore the ship's elegant spaces while admiring the initial scenic views.

Lunch is served in the restaurant as the cruise sails further into Halong Bay. Following a brief rest, the first adventure of the tour commences. The ship will anchor in the tranquil Tra Bau area, offering guests the choice to either paddle a kayak through the serene surroundings or take a refreshing swim in the clear waters. This unique experience allows you to float above submerged land, offering a distinct perspective of the bay's geology.

Later, return to the cruise as it navigates towards your evening mooring spot. From 11 to 20 days before check-in: A charge of 30% of the total rate will be applied.

Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:

If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departing from Hanoi (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights reduced to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the shorter trip duration (e.g., 2 days/1 night trip) plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. The specific amount and due date will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is generally due a certain number of days before departure.

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
For two children under 5 years old: A charge of 75% of the adult rate applies when sharing a bed.
Children from 6 years old up to under 9 years old: A charge of 75% of the adult rate applies when sharing a bed.
Children 9 years old and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Round-trip transfers from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Wharf are available, but the cost is not included in the cruise price.
Guests staying outside the Old Quarter will be picked up from Hanoi Opera House.
Transfer options from Hanoi include a shared bus (approximately US $40 per person) or a private transfer, with rates varying based on group size.
Transfers to Ninh Binh after the cruise are also available; a shared bus costs US $20 per person, while a private car is US $105.
Return transfers to Hanoi are scheduled for approximately 14:00.
