Begin your journey with a limousine transfer from Hanoi (if selected) to Halong International Harbour. Upon arrival, complete check-in procedures and board the Athena Royal Cruise via tender. Enjoy a welcome drink and a safety briefing before settling into your cabin. Lunch is served as the cruise sails into the breathtaking Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, the ship anchors in the serene Cong Do area of Bai Tu Long Bay. Here, you can enjoy kayaking amidst majestic limestone islands and relax on pristine white-sand beaches. Return to the cruise for 'Happy Hour' at the outdoor bar, followed by a cooking class where you'll learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes. Dinner features a fusion set menu, with evening options including film watching, board games, or squid fishing.

Start your final day with an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast with tea and coffee. Later, visit the impressive Thien Canh Son Cave. After ascending nearly 200 stone steps, explore the two-chamber cave adorned with intricate stalactites and stalagmites, then enjoy views from a white-sand beach.

Return to the cruise to pack your luggage and complete the check-out process by 09:00. A delightful brunch is served as the Athena Royal cruises back to the pier. At 10:45, bid farewell to the staff and transfer by tender to Halong International Harbour for disembarkation. For those with transfers, the driver will pick you up around noon for the return journey to Hanoi, arriving at your hotel by approximately 15:00.

Cancellation due to bad weather: If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, policies will be applied based on timing:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, the remainder refunded.
Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: Charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus other used services, the remainder refunded.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing everything with parents (limited to 1 child per cabin). From the 2nd child, 50% of the adult rate is charged (without extra bed).
Children from 5 to under 11 years old: One child staying in a double/twin cabin with two adults is charged 75% of the adult rate.
Children from 11 years old: Charged as adults. Two children below 11 years old staying in a private cabin are charged 100% of the full cabin rate.
Third person: Charged 100% for using an extra bed.

Guests using transfer services will travel in a luxury limousine with 15 seats, fully furnished with amenities like air conditioning, plush leather seats, complimentary beverages and snacks, onboard internet, and USB ports. Pickup from Hanoi hotels in the Old Quarter is between 08:00 and 08:30.

Guests traveling independently must arrive at the waiting lounge at No 9 Halong Bay International Port by 11:30.
