- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge.
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates.
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation due to bad weather: If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, policies will be applied based on timing:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, the remainder refunded.
- Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: Charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus other used services, the remainder refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing everything with parents (limited to 1 child per cabin). From the 2nd child, 50% of the adult rate is charged (without extra bed).
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: One child staying in a double/twin cabin with two adults is charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children from 11 years old: Charged as adults. Two children below 11 years old staying in a private cabin are charged 100% of the full cabin rate.
- Third person: Charged 100% for using an extra bed.
Guests using transfer services will travel in a luxury limousine with 15 seats, fully furnished with amenities like air conditioning, plush leather seats, complimentary beverages and snacks, onboard internet, and USB ports. Pickup from Hanoi hotels in the Old Quarter is between 08:00 and 08:30.
Guests traveling independently must arrive at the waiting lounge at No 9 Halong Bay International Port by 11:30.
