Policies & Information

Should cancellation occur 15 days or more prior to the departure date, a fee of 10% of the total cruise rate will be applied.
For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before departure, 50% of the total cruise rate will be charged.
If cancellation is within 3 to 6 days of the departure date, 75% of the total cruise rate will be incurred.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled departure will result in a 100% charge of the total cruise rate.

Specific booking terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, may vary by cruise program and should be confirmed directly with the sales team upon inquiry or reservation. Guests are advised to review the detailed conditions applicable to their chosen itinerary.

One child under 6 years old sharing a cabin with two adults travels free of charge.
For a second child under 6 years old sharing the same cabin, a rate of 50% of the adult fare will apply.
Children aged 6 to under 12 years old, when sharing a cabin with two adults, will be charged 50% of the adult rate per child.
If two children under 12 years old share a single cabin, each child will be charged 75% of the adult price.
Any third adult occupying an extra bed or mattress will be charged 80% of the adult price.
Children 12 years of age and older are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.

Guests have the option to arrange transfer services from Ho Chi Minh City. If booked, a driver will pick up guests from their hotel in Saigon (specifically District 1 and parts of District 3) between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, transporting them to the cruise departure point. On the final day, the return journey to Saigon commences at 11:00 AM, with lunch served en route for those utilizing the transfer service. Guests will be dropped off at their Saigon hotel around 4:30 PM, concluding the journey.

Please note that programs and schedules are subject to change without prior notice. The 3-day tours operate from Can Tho to Cai Be and return on odd dates, or from Cai Be to Can Tho and return on even dates. Guests must provide passport information (Full name, sex, Nationality, passport number, date of birth, validity of visa) at least one week before the cruise date.
