Upon arrival at Lot 24, Terminal 2, between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, the cruise team will extend a warm welcome in the waiting lounge. After stepping aboard the La Regina Grand, you'll receive a refreshing welcome drink and a thorough safety briefing to prepare you for the voyage. A delightful lunch will be served in the ship's restaurant as the cruise sets sail into the beautiful Lan Ha Bay.

In the afternoon, the vessel will reach the Tra Bau Area, renowned for its untouched natural splendor and captivating coastal scenery. From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 70% refund (30% of total rates charged).

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel): used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

Two children under 12 years old staying in a separate room: Will be charged the double room rate.
One child under 12 years old staying in a separate room: Will be charged 100% of the adult rate.
Children 12 years and older: Charged the same as the adult rate.

Departing from Hanoi:

Pickup is scheduled around 8:30 AM from your hotel lobby within Hanoi Old Quarter.
Guests will then be transported directly to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port:

Guests are taken to the check-in area for registration.
Independent travelers must arrive at Lot 24, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau Cruise Port before 11:45 AM to complete all necessary check-in procedures.
