- If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel): used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

Departing from Hanoi:
- Pickup is scheduled around 8:30 AM from your hotel lobby within Hanoi Old Quarter.
- Guests will then be transported directly to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.
Departing from Tuan Chau Port:
- Guests are taken to the check-in area for registration.
- Independent travelers must arrive at Lot 24, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau Cruise Port before 11:45 AM to complete all necessary check-in procedures.
