Morning pick-up (for guests using transfer service) from Hanoi between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM for the journey to Halong. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor between 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, guests will transfer to Sena Cruise by tender. A warm welcome drink awaits, followed by a cruise briefing and safety introduction before checking into your cabin.

Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch as the cruise sails into the tranquil Lan Ha Bay, passing iconic islets like Finger Islet and Candle Islet. The afternoon features a visit to Dark & Bright Cave (or the Tra Bau area), where a bamboo boat trip offers a unique perspective of the limestone mountains. Return to the ship for a sunset party, an ideal moment for photography, and an optional cooking class to learn Vietnamese spring roll preparation. Guests will transfer to the island and embark on a bicycle or electric cart excursion through this pristine village. Return to the cruise for lunch and enjoy the afternoon at leisure, perhaps relaxing on the sundeck or utilizing the onboard facilities. Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by optional nightlife activities.

Start your final day with a revitalizing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast. Enjoy the serene morning exploring the Tra Bau area, known for its pristine beauty and opportunities for kayaking and swimming.

After an active morning, return to the cruise for check-out. A set menu lunch will be served as the boat gently cruises back towards Tuan Chau Harbor. Disembark the cruise between 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM and transfer back to the port, followed by a shuttle bus journey to Hanoi, arriving around 2:30 PM.

Cancellation due to bad weather:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children from 05 - 11 years old: 75% of adult rate when sharing a room with parents.
Children under 05 years old: Free of charge (FOC), sharing all services with parents.
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
From 12 years old: 100% of adult rate.

Transfer services to and from the port are available at an extra fee and should be booked in advance. These transfers are equipped with modern facilities like air conditioning, leather seats, and phone chargers for a comfortable journey.

From Hanoi Old Quarter: Daily pick-up between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM. For guests outside the Old Quarter, the pickup point is near the Opera House, 01 Trang Tien Street.
From Tuan Chau Marina: Guests traveling independently must arrive at Lounge 25, Tuan Chau Harbor, before 11:30 AM for check-in procedures before transferring to Sena Cruise.
