- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help.
- Children from 05 - 11 years old: 75% of adult rate when sharing a room with parents.
- Children under 05 years old: Free of charge (FOC), sharing all services with parents.
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- From 12 years old: 100% of adult rate.
Transfer services to and from the port are available at an extra fee and should be booked in advance. These transfers are equipped with modern facilities like air conditioning, leather seats, and phone chargers for a comfortable journey.
- From Hanoi Old Quarter: Daily pick-up between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM. For guests outside the Old Quarter, the pickup point is near the Opera House, 01 Trang Tien Street.
- From Tuan Chau Marina: Guests traveling independently must arrive at Lounge 25, Tuan Chau Harbor, before 11:30 AM for check-in procedures before transferring to Sena Cruise.
