If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation, the following policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services already used, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the actual duration of the trip (e.g., 2 days/1 night) plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.
The final refund amount will be confirmed by your travel consultant via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 4 years old: Free of Charge (FOC). Maximum 1 child per 2 adults; a 50% surcharge applies from the second child.
- Children from 4 to 7 years old: Surcharge of 70% of the adult rate.
- Children 8 years old and above: Adult rates apply.
Morning transfer from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long International Marina is available by shuttle bus (additional fee applies). Guests opting to arrange their own transport should arrive at Ha Long International Marina between 10:00 and 10:15. Upon disembarkation at Halong International Cruise Port between 17:30 and 18:00, a luxury limousine transfer will be waiting to return guests to their hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, arriving between 19:30 and 20:00.
