Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- Child under 5: FOC Sharing EVERYTHING with parents (max 1 child/cabin). 2nd infant will be charged 50 USD.
- Child from 5 - 11 Years old: 75% sharing bed with parents/ 100% adult rate if using extra bed or single bed.
- From 11 above: adults rate.
- Departing from Hanoi: Between 8:00 and 8:30, if transfer service is booked (extra fee), a luxury D-car limousine (9-16 seats) will pick you up from your Hanoi Old Quarter accommodation and transport you to Tuan Chau Marina.
- Departing from Tuan Chau Port: Guests arranging their own transportation should arrive at Catherine’s waiting lounge (Lot 42, Tuan Chau Marina) by approximately 11:30 for check-in and timely embarkation.
