The Elite of the Seas features six decks: four main decks, a sundeck, and a basement. The basement houses a kitchen, wine storage, and a cigar room. The first deck is dedicated to relaxation with a fitness center, massage, and spa rooms, alongside 13 Junior Suites and 1 Junior Premium Suite. The second deck boasts an infinity swimming pool, a mini-golf course, a dining room with an open kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor bars. The third deck hosts the President Suite, Executive Suites, and Senior Suites, with the President Suite offering a large sun terrace. The fourth deck contains additional Executive Premium Suites, Senior Premium Suites, and a Junior Suite. The fifth deck serves as an open sundeck, providing 360-degree panoramic views and a lounge area.

The culinary experience on Elite of the Seas is a highlight, offering high-class dining with a focus on Western-styled fusion and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Meals are served as BBQ, buffet, and à la carte options in an elegant restaurant on the second deck, which features an open kitchen and seating for up to 99 people, both indoors and outdoors.

• Dining Schedule: Light breakfast at 6:45, brunch at 9:45, lunch from 12:00-13:00, and dinner around 19:00.
• Beverages: Complimentary two bottles of mineral water per day in cabins. Other beverages, including international wines (from US $67/item), crafted cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks (from US $8/item), and gourmet coffee, are available at an extra charge. Unlimited water, soft drinks, juice, cocktails, mocktails, beer, tea, and coffee are included during lunch and dinner.
