Facilities & Deck Plan
Emperor Cruise Halong Bay is recognized as one of the most luxurious small boats in the region, featuring 10 first-class cabins designed for a tranquil and personalized experience. With a maximum capacity of only 20 guests, it ensures a private and relaxing journey.
- Main Deck: Features the Can Chanh Restaurant at the front and a lobby at the rear. It also hosts two Signature Suites (Do Son & Lak Lake) and two State Suites (Hue & Vung Tau), ranging from 43m² to 50m².
- Upper Deck: Home to two Hanoi - Saigon Suites, two State Suites (Da Lat & Nha Trang), and two Royal Suites (King & Queen). The Royal Suites, located at the bow, are the most luxurious, offering a spacious 70m² area with a living room, bedroom, ocean-view en-suite bathroom, bar counter, and a large private terrace.
- Additional Facilities: The second deck includes a spa & sauna, a gym, and the Mekong Lounge. The Mekong Lounge is an Indochina-style space with the Bao Dai Library, Mekong Bar, a kids' corner, a piano, and an art gallery, perfect for relaxation. The third deck features an indoor panorama lounge that can serve as a restaurant and a sundeck area for unwinding and sightseeing.
Emperor Cruise Halong Bay consistently receives high praise for its unique traditional Vietnamese royal design and intimate atmosphere, ideal for honeymooners and small groups. Reviewers frequently highlight the exceptional service from the attentive and professional crew. Cabins are noted for their generous size (35-70m²) and well-appointed features, including bathtubs in all rooms and Jacuzzis in State and Royal Suites. The itinerary is appreciated for visiting less-crowded areas like Me Cung Cave and Tung Sau, offering a tranquil experience. While the overall gastronomic experience is authentic, some feedback suggests that the dining quality, particularly the presentation and variety of canapés at sunset parties, could be enhanced to fully meet 5-star expectations. Despite minor points on food, the cruise maintains an impressive satisfaction rate, with over 94% of TripAdvisor reviews being excellent.
