- Cancellations made more than 21 days before check-in: No charge.
- Cancellations made 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total fare will be charged.

If the Halong Bay Management Board cancels the trip due to adverse weather, the following refund policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.
The final refund amount will be confirmed via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 4 years old sharing existing bedding with parents: Complimentary (limited to one child per room).
- A second child under 4 years old will incur a charge of 62 USD per child per night.
- Complimentary baby cots are available upon request (one per room).
- Children aged 5 to 10 years old: 75% of the adult price when sharing a bed with adults, or 100% of the adult price if an extra bed is required.
- Two children under 11 years old sharing a private cabin will be charged 75% of the full cabin rate.
- Children 11 years and older are charged the full adult rate.
Transfer services from Hanoi to Halong Harbor can be arranged by BestPrice Travel or the cruise operator for an additional fee. Guests can select a Limousine D-car, shuttle bus, or private car to suit their budget and preferences.
For guests staying in Hanoi's Old Quarter, pick-up from your hotel is typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
If arranging your own transport, please arrive at the designated waiting station at Halong International Harbor by approximately 11:30 AM to allow sufficient time for check-in and embarkation procedures.
