Worth every dollar – a genuine dream come true
Honestly the best travel experience of my entire life. The crew were warm, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests happy. Every meal was a culinary event. The squid fishing by night was hilarious fun, and visiting the floating fishing village gave us a perspective on local life we had not expected. Five stars is an understatement.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip
I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt compelled to share what an extraordinary experience this was. Every detail was thought through – the local fruit welcome drink, the briefing about bay conservation, the optional sunrise tai chi on deck. We felt we were in genuinely good hands throughout. The kayaking into the dark cavern was terrifying and thrilling in equal measure.

Fabulous in every detail – already planning our return
Travelling with our family of four, we were a little nervous about whether a luxury cruise would suit children. Completely unfounded! The staff were wonderful with our kids, the activities kept everyone engaged, and the food had something for every taste. My children are already asking when we can return. The memory of floating through those magnificent limestone towers will stay with all of us forever.

The finest cruise experience of our lives
Five stars and I would give more if I could. We joined this cruise as inexperienced travellers in Southeast Asia and the crew made us feel completely at ease from the very first moment. The cultural insights shared by our guide were deeply enriching. The night fishing under the stars was magical. We returned home genuinely changed by the experience.

Surpassed all of our already-high expectations
A honeymoon experience beyond our wildest dreams. The team discreetly decorated our cabin with rose petals and left a personalised card from the captain. The private dining experience on the deck was romantic beyond words. The whole trip felt personal and considered, not like a package product at all. We are already recommending this to everyone we know.

A mixed experience overall. The natural beauty of the bay is genuinely breathtaking and we are glad we went. On the downside, the food did not quite live up to expectations – some dishes were excellent but others were mediocre. The schedule felt rushed with not enough time to absorb the scenery. The crew were polite but seemed stretched thin.

Beautiful scenery and solid, attentive service
A really enjoyable cruise experience. The cabins were beautifully designed and the attention to detail was impressive. The excursions were well organised and our guide was both informative and entertaining. The only slight disappointment was that the anchorage was busier than expected, though this was completely outside the operator's control. Everything else was excellent.

Worth every dollar – a genuine dream come true
My partner and I booked this cruise for our anniversary and it could not have been more perfect. The kayaking through hidden grottos was awe-inspiring, and watching the sunrise from our private balcony over the misty bay was something out of a dream. The staff remembered our names from day one and the food was restaurant-quality. An experience that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.

Wonderful trip, nearly perfect from start to finish
We had a great time and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast spread each morning was impressive and the chef clearly knows his craft. The complimentary welcome drink and cold towels on arrival set a great tone. Service dipped slightly during busy periods but the team were always smiling and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Pure luxury on the emerald waters
From the welcome drink on arrival to the farewell breakfast, every moment was thoughtfully curated. The cruise struck the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Our cabin had a beautiful private balcony from which we watched the bay change colour at dawn. The food was some of the finest Vietnamese cuisine we encountered on our entire three-week trip.

Very good cruise with impressive highlights throughout
Beautiful experience overall. The limestone scenery never got old and the crew were genuinely kind and enthusiastic. We particularly enjoyed the cooking class and the visit to the fishing village. Our only small complaint was that the departure briefing was quite rushed. Easy to overlook given how much we enjoyed everything else.

An unforgettable journey through Vietnam's karst landscape
Travelling as a group of six friends, we could not have chosen better. The sundeck was perfect for our evening gatherings, the crew kept the wine flowing, and the excursions were varied enough that everyone found something they loved. The cooking demonstration with the chef was a delightful bonus. This cruise converted all six of us into Vietnam fans for life.

A perfect blend of nature, culture, and luxury
An absolute gem. We researched extensively before booking and this cruise outperformed every review we had read. The crew-to-guest ratio meant we always felt attended to without ever feeling crowded. The excursions were varied and well-paced. Watching the fishing village come alive at dusk from the water was a sight I will never forget. Simply outstanding.

The main issue was noise from the engine room which was audible at night and disrupted our sleep. Would still recommend visiting the bay, but compare cruise options carefully.

Vietnam's finest – cannot recommend highly enough
The scenery alone would make this cruise worth it, but the exceptional service takes it to an entirely different level. Our cabin steward kept our room in perfect condition and was always discreet. The dining team made excellent recommendations each evening and dietary requirements were handled without any fuss. A first-class experience from beginning to end.
