- From 5 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 5 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation due to bad weather: If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): Used services will be charged, the remainder will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night, guests will be charged for a 2 days/1 night trip plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

- All rates apply for children sharing a bed with parents.
- Free for 1 child under 4 years old, sharing all services with parents.
- Children from 4 - 10 years old: 75% of the adult rate.
- Children from 11 years old are counted as adults.
- In cases where two children under 4 years old share a bed with parents, the second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.
