Should the Halong Bay Management Board issue a cancellation, the following policies will apply based on the timing:
- Before departing from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services utilized): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., from 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the utilized portion (e.g., a 2-day/1-night trip) plus any other services consumed, with the balance refunded.

For those departing from Hanoi, pickups are scheduled between 8:15 and 9:00 AM from hotels within the Hanoi Old Quarter, followed by transfer to Tuan Chau International Marina. Travelers arranging their own transport should arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina between 11:30 and 11:45 AM.
