The kayaking through hidden grottos was awe-inspiring, and watching the sunrise from our private balcony over the misty bay was something out of a dream. The breakfast spread each morning was impressive and the chef clearly knows his craft. The complimentary welcome drink and cold towels on arrival set a great tone. Service dipped slightly during busy periods but the team were always smiling and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam.
