- Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 21 days before check-in: No charge (FREE).
- Between 11 and 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
- Between 7 and 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in or a "no-show": 100% of the total rate will be charged.
- Cancellation due to bad weather: If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation, the following policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the actual duration (e.g., 2 days/1 night trip) plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded.
- The final refund amount will be confirmed by your consultant via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 4 years old: Free of charge.
- Children from 4 years old to under 10 years old: 50% of the adult price.
- Children 10 years old and above: Considered adults and charged full price.
Travelers can arrange transfers to the cruise port via a comfortable limousine bus, equipped with air conditioning, soft leather seating, and USB charging ports for devices. This service ensures a relaxed journey from your pickup point to the pier and back.
For guests departing from Hanoi Old Quarter, the pick-up service operates between 07:45 and 08:30. A brief stop will be made halfway for comfort. The bus is scheduled to arrive at Tuan Chau Marina between 11:30 and 11:45. Upon the cruise's return, guests will be picked up at the port for the return transfer, arriving back at their Hanoi hotel approximately between 20:00 and 20:30.
Please note that on weekends, certain roads in Hanoi Old Quarter are closed for walking street events. In such cases, the limousine will drop off and pick up guests at the nearest suitable location within the Old Quarter.
